Very poor customer service, clerk (Wayne) is rude and obnoxious and when brought to the managers attention nothing was done about it. I went in to cash my lottery tickets and he short changed me and when I brought it to his attention he said no he had not. Come to find out he had put my other winning ticket in the trash . Only found out when the other clerk had him audit his till and found his mistake and when she tried to show him what he had done he told her he did not want to see it and that there were to many customers in the store for him to deal with the issue. He also told her well every one makes mistakes. I felt horrible and embarrassed and like I said the manager did nothing as he is still employeed there. I would not go into this location if he is behind the counter. I have heard and saw him be rude to other employees to the point that they were in tears. Management is a joke as she was to have called me after I lodged my complaint and she never did. I went back in there 3 times to find out what happened and at the end she said that she had spoken with him but as far as I can see.nothing was done. I can spend.my.money elsewhere and will.

Me and seven of my neighbors will not go there because they’re Apple Pay outside does not work and they refused to let you in without a mask even though we live in the community a lot of us will no longer go there.

I was about to walk in the store when I see the same dude that always smells like alcohol i over heard his name last time I think it was Wayne… I was about to walk in and I see him spraying a whole bunch of Febreze and i opened the door and it seemed like he sprayed half the bottle I had my baby with me which was not safe for Her…., he shouldn’t even be working there if he is an alcoholic and he is spraying orders in the store is absolutely not okay!!! And not safe at all!!!!

The lady who runs it at 3am is rude, and always has the doors locked. She'll pretend to sweep outside and ignore all customers. Extremely bad service.

The people inside are more of my type of style and I get along with them pretty well. Quite a friendly enviorment. Only reason for no five star is just because it feels unsafe here.

Bad customer service the guy said the register was down at 1:30 am I told the guy I can paid cash nope. Then another guy comes in pays cash and recieved his items. When I just told him I can pay cash. He said I cant keep doing this when I clearly asked first, Never again

Usually I have good customer service there, but the lady working there this morning was extremely rude to me. She was obviously too busy eating her breakfast to be bothered with helping me. She shouldn't be in customer service and I hope the manager sees this and addresses the issue.

Bad customer service at night old man working there is lazy af and rude too.. This other lady working with him also was rude and looked at my brother and I like we were going to take stuff and runaway. Seems like they don't want to work there I said why you need to be rude to people I walked out and said peace and love lmao... they got mad and my brother stayed to pay and the lazy threw the receipt at my brother...
