The customer service friendly. Difficult to maneuver the carts into the small aisles. But always good deals and plenty of nice clothing options to chose from. The women's shoe aisles are full of shoes on the floor, oddly place aisles, And the women's 10 to 11 aisles pushed against the wall of slippers. They have fitting rooms and bathrooms available.

This store was a wreck! Boxes and trash everywhere. They must not have a place in the back to prepare the stock for the shelves. I don't know how you are supposed to shop from the shelves and the racks because you can't even get down the isles. They are not open to the public 24hrs. Can't the do the stocking after they close?

Ross has great deals but this location has a huge problem: the checkout line is consistently too long. We were here in the first week of March 2022 and there was literally maybe 20 people in line with 20 carts waiting to check out. The line was extended to the back of the store. We have been here at least three times in the last 2 months where we decide to not even buy anything because the line is insanely long. If you do come here, check the checkout line before you commit your time to shopping.

Waited today in line over 2 hours. Almost 3! No management control, organization was so unseat in the store, carts left in isles that the customers who got tired of waiting abanadoned and the line was mixed through isles and we were in the way of customers shopping. Customers could get through the isles with the carts to get to the end of the line. Pathetic. If I didnt want what i had picked up I would have left too! Management do better!!!

This place is in the heart of an Urban community, My community. I was disappointed to see the level of carelessness, lack of organization and empty shelves I found throughout the store. The most disappointing was the woman’s dressing room. I was just sad to see how no body takes the time to Organize the store and use almost all of the women dressing rooms as storage. Dirty floors and shortage of staff. I wouldn’t want to work in this dirty store either. So sad! Please make sure someone does something and organizes this store.

I like the products they offer prices range from "wow that's a deal" to "mmeh seems the same " the lines here are pretty long ,but I was assisted by a friendly cashier.usually they look fed up with the amount of people! I can't blame them much because woah the crowd at this store is always scandalous , rude. So I can see why the staff might be doing their best with what their customer can be like! The space is my biggest issue here It was soo tiny and so crowded you can only have 1 person per isle and trust me they wont move even after a polite "excuse me" so the carts seem to of no use sense it's really tough to go through the whole store. THE WHOLE STORE IS A LONG LINE basically! Regardless there is some steals so come in without the kids and with time to spare and you can get some good stuff for cheaper prices!!

This is a great store for good savings, as long as you are not looking for something specific. This is a discount store that I think almost counts as an outlet store. But I shop here and always find good items for my home and even my self. Recently bought some work pants, air mattress and even some kitchen items.
