Takes more time than the other carwash in town, but that's because they do a MUCH better job on your car. If you want a quick in and out with not a lot of attention to the quality of work, go to the other place in town. If you want a overall better clean on your vehicle, take the extra time and have these guys clean your car. Don't forget to tip when they're done!

They do a great job with the interior, wiping down every surface including doors, frames and dash. They even pulled the cup holder insert and cleaned that inside and out.

These guys always do a fantastic job. Bought the VIP card to get four washes for the price of three. Always happy with their work. I don't live in Novato but when I come here I get the car washed because these guys are the best around.

I honestly love the drive thru car wash and mostly they do a good job at a reasonable price. What they don't do, even though I've asked (language barrier), is to dry under the side view mirrors and at least run the towel under the mirror in the housing. They don't and as soon as I drive away the water runs down the side of my car. I've started bringing my own towel and before driving away, I pull over and dry it myself. Yet I tip them anyway.

Wow. I'm a bit nuts about where I'll bring my car to get washed. This place blew me away maybe more than anywhere I've been in several years across the country. Great attention to detail and amazing results.

I have used Novato Car wash several times for basic car washes. They always do a great job and take care when prepping/washing my car prior to going through the automatic car wash. I have NEVER been disappointed. It’s easy, reasonably priced and super convenient.

Things I appreciate about this car wash: They don’t try to up sell you when you request the affordable basic wash, the exterior wash is very good, and my favorite part - the very thorough interior cleaning. They take a long time to really clean the inside of the car, including the cup holders and even the compartment between the 2 front seats (I leave those things open to be sure they’ll see it needs attention). I’ve never seen such attention and time spent on a car anywhere else so I give a good tip. They work hard!

They accept all cards and have a simple menu to choose from. Less than $20 for a solid exterior wash and detail? I’m in. Not to mention, the guys that work there are friendly and professional.

Bottom line the car got cleaned and the price was fair, but it sure took a long time! After the wash my car sat for 15 minutes before someone came by to do the wipe down and interior. Suggest that they hire more staff especially for sunny Saturday mornings. You get to stay in the car while they wash it. The wash is not brushless, if that matters to you.
