I have used Steve for 25+ years and this morning I just dropped off my car for some work. I never write a review about anything but Steve deserves it. If you are looking for a mechanic you just found him. Steve has done all of our work, except for a Dodge van we owned years ago. He didn't service Dodge products but that didn't stop him from putting it up on the lift to have a look at what was wrong with it and referring us to a mechanic that serviced Dodge products. And he didn't charge us to look at it. Steve is the best. Service: General repairs & maintenance ~Randy

Jason is they owner and he also is owner of napa in Petaluma if you need parts for your car definitely reliable and competent crew at both locations also always fair prices. Tried to get a quote for two days just for me to call them on the second day to be told they can't give a quote at all with out seeing the vehicle. I spoke to two different people and nither of them mentioned having to see the car. They were friendly but wasted my time ~Robz

The mechanic, Kevin is honest and nice. But since his wife started working the front desk, the place went downhill. She is impatient, nasty, and certainty does not believe "the customer is always right". I have heard similar complaints from other former customers. She makes it difficult to do business there. Spoke with parts. They said they would order a part and it would be there in 2 days. I arrived at the dealer in 2 days later to pick up said part. Part was not there and there was no record the part was ever ordered. Had to order the part again and wait 3 more days. Don't waste your time with these guys. They don't care about their customers. 12/28/21 - update. I reached out to Todd (the owner who replied to my review) weeks ago at his request so he could "make things right" but never heard back. I believe his response to my original message was just an attempt to save face for those reading reviews. We purchased our third car from this dealer a couple years back but have decided to no longer support them moving forward. We have been using Toyota Marin in San rafael for service, parts and our latest vehicle purchase. They treat us well and don't play games. Highly recommended them. ~Charles

Around 2100HRS The customer service specialist that was working had the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced. Not only was she rude with an attitude but also completely disrespectful because she threw my change left over from the transaction, into my hand. If one doesn't like their place of employment seek employment elsewhere. ~Powell
