Best brake shop in Novato, California (CA) 2024

I have used Steve for 25+ years and this morning I just dropped off my car for some work. I never write a review about anything but Steve deserves it. If you are looking for a mechanic you just found him. Steve has done all of our work, except for a Dodge van we owned years ago. He didn't service Dodge products but that didn't stop him from putting it up on the lift to have a look at what was wrong with it and referring us to a mechanic that serviced Dodge products. And he didn't charge us to look at it. Steve is the best. Service: General repairs & maintenance ~Randy

Tried to get a quote for two days just for me to call them on the second day to be told they can't give a quote at all with out seeing the vehicle. I spoke to two different people and nither of them mentioned having to see the car. They were friendly but wasted my time ~Robz
