Tried to get a quote for two days just for me to call them on the second day to be told they can't give a quote at all with out seeing the vehicle. I spoke to two different people and nither of them mentioned having to see the car. They were friendly but wasted my time

We were planning to drive up to Tahoe at 5pm today. At 10AM we noticed a huge screw/nail in our tire. We called Able at 1030 (after researching for best options). They said they could fix the leak in 1 hour (assuming it was fixable), but if replacement tires were needed, they would need to know by 11 so they could place a same day order. I arrived at 1050. By 1150 my tire was fixed, good as new, no replacement tire needed. They did a great job (as far I can tell) and I’m grateful for the quick turnaround.

It is quite a long story, but to sum it up, they got me on the road after being towed in with a flat tire that had a slash to big to repair, within a hour of getting there at 4pm in the afternoon. This was in it self awesome, but I returned to get a new set of tires and everything that the sales person, Brian , stated about the tires of true. My car is fast for a 4 cylinder vehicle and when I hit the freeway the tires where just as he told me they would be. They are quiet and the feel in the wheel is very noticeable. Normally I hit 70 and subtle vibrations in the wheel indicate to me I have reach my cruising speed but I hit 80 before realizing I was going not going to get the “vibration” queue to throttle back. I am not a car geek - I just have driven a lot in my life, I am very picky and my 2013 car feels like new. Thank you to Brian and Able Tire for giving me a great purchasing experience! Service: Tires
