Took my Nissan NV200 here to get my catalytic converter replaced after it was stolen (go figure). These guy's provided above and beyond customer service! Got me taken care of in no time. Brought the van back in to get checked on a few weeks later and they took a look free of charge. They even got me a Lyft to and from the shop and gave the van a wash! I was blown away. Everyone was very kind and easy to work with. Shout out to Franklin and Alan, thanks guys!

Someone smashed into my car while it was parked in the street and did a lot of damage. The situation was obviously frustrating and such a pain, but the folks at Caliber Collision really made it as easy as possible by providing professional service and working hard to get my car back to me in a timely manner. Due to shipping and manufacturing issues, they had to go to multiple shops to get the replacement parts, but I still got my car back a week before I was expecting, and it looks great. On top of that, everyone I interacted with was friendly and so helpful. I would definitely return to this shop. Services: Air conditioning, Body & Trim

I had to get my front end fixed from a hit and run. Damage was not to bad but bad enough and these guys are the best. They keep you updated as to what the progress is and they were done ahead of schedule and my car looks great. The team was fantastic, especially Eric and Esther. While other shops were saying they couldn’t even look at our car for another two months, they got me in the same day I called and finished the job within 1.5 weeks, even through a holiday weekend! The parts for repairs were ever inexpensive The labor in all was 10 times the cost of parts If it wasn’t for my insurance I would not been able to get my car repaired. But dam the parts were under $600 the labor came to dam $4000 The team they have was great to work with they kept me informed. And my car looks new again. This was my first time. For those of you. I don’t believe there is a single thing I could say Caliber Collision did what wasn’t the best Experience I’ve had at a repair shop. I had daily calls, updates. They didn’t do anything weird to my truck. No joy rides. Nothing! Extremely above board customer service and THE MOST friendly staff. They are unbelievably professional in the quality of work. I couldn’t tell my truck had ever had an issue with the quality of repair. Everything drives as it should and all of my items were left in perfect condition in my truck. I typically don’t trust repair shops so I had an air tag in my truck in case it ever left the location. It stayed where it was dropped off the whole time. I will DEFINITELY go to Caliber Collision in the future if I ever need to.
