Parts department had five associates sitting at the computer with only one line open for associates we're not helping anyone and I stood there next in line for 20 minutes wow everybody talk to each other about personal affairs and when I was called to the counter I was met with an associate who didn't think it mattered which engine size i had which led to him giving me the wrong spark plugs resulting in major engine problems.

One of the customer servicewomen taught me how to replace the windshield wipers on my car. She didn't have to help me, none of the men helped me. She did the first wiper, I watched. She made sure I did the other one correctly. Now, I can do it myself.

Use this particular store a lot they have a large inventory and they back up their own parts I worked for a shop that supplied these parts.

It took them an hour to pick some shock boots for my car. Customers who came in and ordered parts almost an hour after I got there were getting their parts quickly. No one would tell me what was going on. The cashier had to go find out for me and pick the part! Crazy bad experience. I will never come back here ever

I drove there from San Francisco to pick up some batteries. I should have checked when I was there but assumed they would give me the ones I ordered. I was wrong. Right now trying to figure out how to fix this. Update to follow Update. The situation has been resolved satisfactorily.

Just avoid it went in for def fluid and they were busy talking to each other and a few were just on the computer or phones to even help me ignored me when I asked if tbeh carried it finally they said I had to wait in line to answer a simple question of where something was , orielys is across the street and auto zone isn’t to far either better options

Maria was the only helpful staff! 7 customers were waiting for 1 cashier and 5 other staff were sitting behind counters. I followed instructions for curbside pick up, but staff on the phone found my order and asked me to come in to show my ID, and then demanded the order number which turned out to be unnecessary, thanks to Maria who bothered to look at the orders. Some staff were not wearing masks.

Very good service when either ordering parts over the phone or online and I'm fairly sure in person. They inform you if the part is there or when it will come in. The gentlemen behind the counter are always very helpful and seem to go out of their way when I hear them obtaining or identifying parts for other customers. They always have parts I order online and are generally very nice and knowledgeable people to do business with. Easy 5 stars from me.

The excellent customer service at Napa Auto Parts in Oakland is worth the extra drive. They also stock more parts than any other store in the East Bay. Ron was such a delight to work with! Very knowledgeable and polite. He even suggested that I could save 10% with my AAA membership on parts saving me $23 today.

They have had some staffing issues of the years, but the counter has been staffed pretty good lately. Louie my sales rep always rake care of my concerns and has a great attitude. Huge inventory in stock and if the don't have it it can be ordered from another store.
