I live up the street from this auto zone and I’ve been there more than five times the customer service was poor long line never have the right tools to check engine light I was always told go to the next one because they never have the tools to check or short on staff I would not go here

Super super helpful and nice. Greeted right away and told they’d be right with me. Helped me figure out why check engine light was on, look for the part, find the right oil. Solid spot out here i Alameda. Always appreciate kind auto parts stores.

My last trip to AutoZone what's the pickup tensioner pulley I got two from the store both of them broke Duralast is not a good product get brakes you get the cheap ones you will get dust on your wheels so if you want good product you can still get it at AutoZone but don't get do it last you may have to spend an extra dollar but it will be worth it

I'm giving five stars to Regina Johnson she's very efficient fast Quick on her feet she gets the job done she's very customer service friendly she makes sure she got what you need even when she was pregnant she got the job done now that's who should be a manager there Regina Johnson . My favorite go-to person is Regina Johnson.As she was helping me I watched her train new employees even though the store was busy and that was not her job and she still got me out of there in time right on Regina Johnson anybody out there that need anything from AutoZone when you go this location ask for Regina Johnson she's very efficient and fast
