If you’re thinking about buying furniture from Jem furniture Better think about it he claims the furniture from Ashley could be but what I found out that it’s defective product from Ashley that he buys and sells to you as new I just purchased a double recliner the very next day I had issues he told me that I had to bring the furniture back to him on my dime in order to get it fixed I’m a senior permanently disable and unable to return The sofa to get it repaired the owner there is very rude doesn’t care about his customers only cares about is His sales never again stop it

Excellent furniture store! Lots of variety and really good pricing. They helped me pick a bed frame and mattress according to my needs. Very good at informing you about different mattress styles and quality! Highly recommend!

Stumbled across this place while looking for a bed frame. After the major players treated us like we didn't exist, this people here were about service. They greeted us with a smile and the transaction was fast and easy! I could see myself returning for sure!

Expensive furniture cheap material, the sofa cheap wood material snapped in multiple places within a week. Total garbage, shop elsewhere for better quality furniture.

Lady working here was nice but there's nothing liquidating about there prices for off brand furniture. I guess the mattress brand from India is name brand?

I am a long time customer here. The quality isn't bad for the price. I like to change the look of my home every 2-5 yrs, so going to those big box brand named stores isn't for me... Btw, 😏I did( just to give it a go) and I won't name names but when it came time for me use my store bought warranty ( after only having the mechanical reclining sofa for less than a yr) it wasn't honored. I've never had any problems with their products or services at JEM. 😊

Horrible service! My family and I were trying to buy a dresser and my husband wanted to take some measurements to see if it would fit in our van but in the process of that they legit sold the dresser when we told the manager that we wanted to buy it to someone else. They were so rude to us and saying "first come, first served". If I could put negative star I would. Definitely would not recommend this place. 👎

This is a pretty bare bones inexpensive furniture store that has been here for some time now. We've purchased many items from here over the years. Considering the price, they offer a good value for the furniture. Most of the sales people are fairly nice, but like most furniture places they watch you lake a hawk ready to swoop in on you to try to sell the stuff. They offer bedroom sets, couches, and dining room furniture. They do offer financing, but I wouldn't recommend that option. Also, prepare to pick the items up yourself.
