I’m so very impressed with most of the items, our sales rep Rosa Ortiz is AMAZING. While she was away we were assisted by Adrian and he was kind, and very attentive. I’m not taking anything away from Rosa she’s my all time favorite and the best. Thank you Mathis Brothers for having such great items and the best service. With our three bedroom sets, living room furniture along with other miscellaneous items we are so impressed with our purchase thank you. For the next person that is skeptical about entering into this store you will not be disappointed Mathis Brothers is the best.

My wife and I had a positive experience both times that we went to Mathis Brothers. The first time we found something that we really liked but wanted to check out some other furniture stores prior to purchasing. After going to two different furniture stores we returned to Mathis Brothers and asked for the same sales associate that had helped us the first time. His name is Nick V. We were very Impressed with his friendliness, professionalism, and his willingness to work with us on finding the merchandise that we were looking for. There is no doubt we will return to Mathis Brothers in the future!

I purchased 2 brown leather couches and 2 off white accent chairs. They are stunning in my office space. I have to thank Lori in Sales for the recommendation! She nailed it and she was amazing! She wasn't pushy, respectful of space, knowledgeable, and even assisted me on her day off to assure my order was placed. I highly recommend Lori Villa

Just purchased a couch and chair after searching at a few places, prices are so high unfortunately. I found a great couch in the clearance section, it was actually the exact same couch on the floor room I wanted and there was a little tear damage that was repaired behind the couch(nobody will see it againstthe wall) and it was $600 off from the undamaged one. It is a beautiful motorized lumbar couch and it was a great deal so I got the too expensive matching motorized big recliner also. There was no chair in stock but my salesman said he thinks the Indio store has plenty and they could transfer it here & he would call me the next morning to let me know. He never called so I had to call back, never found out if Indio had any. Customer service was clueless and just said a shipment of chairs shows being delivered in 10 days and I can call back then & schedule a delivery. I was also offered to buy the warranty for the chair which I usually don't do. It covers 100% repair if something happens to the motor or damage to the couch and told if I don't use the warranty after the 5 years then I'll get my $149 refunded back to me so there's no loss but what I found out after I purchased it, they give it back to you as store credit only, not refund it to you as I was led to believe and trust me, even the pillows were so overpriced I couldn't buy anything unless I paid more money. They were very misleading, just want to pad their commission apparently. Beware!

We were greeted by salesman Dan Giacomazza when we first entered the store. We were looking for a new couch, so I told him exactly what I wanted and he showed us our options. We came down to two that we liked and ended up purchasing one because it was a good deal and perfect for my family’s needs. We were not pressured into buying one. Dan was super nice and extremely helpful. I was also looking for other furniture items and he showed me options for those as well. The financing process and checkout was super speedy. I highly recommend Mathis Brothers and Dan for sales.

The staff was courteous and friendly. I did not feel rushed but still the entire process was done expeditiously. They were also quite knowledgeable about what they had to offer and were concerned about saving me money as well. Quite a pleasant experience overall. Adrian, my sales associate was very helpful.

My first time there and the sales person was Laura. Laura was very helpful. She was not pushy, gave me room to roam and it was only her second day there. She did a terrific job and the other employees were ALL very helpful and very nice. The store is massive with a great selection and IMO, a step up from the other box stores. I set up a delivery day and time. The next day I had to change it with customer service and the following day received a call from Laura making sure everything was just right, which was a nice touch. The day after that I received a thank you card personalized by Laura. I would definitely recommend Mathis Brothers Furniture. My experience was a 10+.

We went to the discount area in search of a piece of furniture to hold our record collection and stereo. We found an item that was perfect within 5 minutes of browsing. Our salesperson was nice and fast and so friendly! He helped us and walked us smoothly through the process. He walked with us to the payment area and helped us there too. We got an amazing discount from Mathis Bros because we have bought furniture here and it was amazing. We love Mathis Bros and had an A+ experience yesterday!!

We just went to Mathis Bros and purchased our living room set rug included. Lawrence helped us out with finding our perfect couch. He was polite and took the time to look up all details and if he didn't know he would find out. Vincent has excellent skills helping us find the perfect rug to go with our new set. We will definitely be back to Mathis for any furniture needs.
