They're a great store :)) They had the yarn I needed for a project and very helpful kind staff! They are pet friendly! My husband and I took our Alaskan Malamute in there, no problems! I appreciate their helpfulness and attentiveness. When we went they did have a military discount they honored as well :))

Very clean and organized store. They have a nice variety of crafting supplies. Their employees are friendly and helpful. Their discount coupons make a big difference in price when you checkout.

The staff needs customer service training. I've been going there for years and same attitude especially from the women in the fabric dept. I've heard them be rude and condescending to other customers and I've experienced it myself. Hobby Lobby and walmart is in the same shopping center so just go there.

I was able to locate what I needed, thread and elastic, but one of my complaints is that the trim by yard spool aisle is not colorized. I needed a blue nylon webbing that was very hard to locate because the aisle was messy and unorganized. I found what I needed in two other colors, but it would have been nice to be able to go to the blues and see that it was unavailable. Otherwise, the two associates I interacted with in the store were very friendly.

Joann has literally changed my life forever. I'm a 42 man who never had any desire to learn how to sew but once my fiance brought me in to the store and showed me all the different fabrics I started thinking of a thousand different projects I wanted to get started on. Lol awesome store! Super sweet staff and if you're into any kind of crafting art or a maker of any kind, this is where you go

Wonderful selection of fabric, notions and craft supplies. However, I was looking through the batting rolls yesterday and I was overwhelmed with understanding prices, materials & sizes. The nicest employee helped me with everything and they were also very patient. I learned a lot in about one minute and I really appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is.

HUGE yarn section with several aisles of choices. Every variety imaginable. And the loom section has some good choices, including if you like knitting afghan blankets. Well organized store, right next to Sam's Club. Has shaded parking in front, at least the time of day I was there.
