Not so great. I asked for help twice. They are great at pointing but not helping. I had to wait for someone to put 2 bags (2 cu feet) of soil in my cart. 3 home depot employees (men) hanging around talking but had to wait.

Employees are not trained. It’s taken me more than 1 hr to do a return and they denied it. Don’t waste your time go to Lowes. Manager didn’t even bother coming when they called him. They are sadly out for their own interest.

Is so frustrated over and over that wen I goi g to return something that has guarantee they turn their back on me and told it can’t be done because my I’d is in some kind of privation I’m a plumbing company that spend over 20 thousand at month and to get this sorry anwerd wen I lost need it is just a so desoponted filing like no other

Got some sampler paints (originally colors from Sherwin Williams), they could still replicate the colors! Also needed some lawn sprinkler items - an associate sent me to the right place on the first attempt!

Ordered a home vehicle charger and other items from homedepot.com. Received a package with home charger missing. There was a plug that i did not order that was in the box. Called the customer care and they were not able to help because the packaged showed delivered. Went to the Oxnard home depot store and they were not able to help because of what customer care said, even though one of the return options on the slip that came with the package was for "received wrong product". The sales associate even contacted one of the managers and they didn't even want to help.

You can luterally find anything and everything you need for any home project. Love their gardening section plus just found out that some flowers/plants cone with warranty in case they die.

About my favorite place to buy tools, always good prices, and even better during the holidays, never a xmas Home Depot did not have greats deals. Stock up for xmas. :) They after your long journey shopping for tools head over to In and Out Burger, right next door. 🍔🍟🥤

I visited the garden center today. The department was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with some suggestions. They had such a great variety of plants, flowers, herbs and such and in so many colors it made it hard to choose. I will return on the weekend to make another purchase.
