Very friendly, polite and helpful customer service🙏 Note: parking lot to the right of the building is little tricky; it has a sign for disabled parking permit only but the paints are still white! Since it’s white so you can park for the sign is the one that should be removed

Terrible store! No toilet paper, seat covers, or soap to wash hands nor paper towels the floor is a mess I saw two roaches while waiting for someone to bring toilet paper or seat covers so I may use the rest room no one ever came! I had to go grab wipes so I can use it wow! I wouldn't come back to this dump of a store ! This is why I shop walgreens. This is like a Walmart ghetto

This is the best looking drugstore I have seen... Ever. It was clean well displayed. They have Thrifty's ice cream!

The pharmacy staff was very nice and helpful. I dropped off my prescriptions and they texted me 40 minutes later they were ready to pick up.

I walked in to grab a quick Ice cream at the Thrifty Ice Cream Parlor they have built inside and, they are hardly ever busy and usually have 2 or 3 employees around. Anyway I walked in, made eye contact with the man at on register attending to Store purchases and stood at the parlor waiting for someone to come and attend to me. No one came for more than 5 minutes. I turned around and noticed an employee standing on his phone texting for a while and didn't even notice me walk out. Honestly all I wanted was an ice cream and these guys can't even deliver.

The store is clean and the people are nice. Why the 2 stars is for the pharmacy. They just can't seem to keep up with my medications,. They don't notify you that it needs refill soon. They don't call and let you know your prescription is ready either . Terrible Communication

I have never been treated so rude! ! I'm a cancer patient going through radiation so i have to be here in Palm Desert Monday-Friday i drive almost two hours home and couldn't get my prescription filled in time, tried to transfer them to a rite aid pharmacy but they just lost my business! ! Smh!!

The pharmacists are friendly and most know both my husband and I by name. We always get prompt and accurate service when filling our prescriptions. At times they have gone out of their way to give us a few pills to tide us over when we forgot to call refills in in a timely matter. Very professional place.

Unfriendly and unhelpful service. Lots of stuff were 50% off when you bought two, but they initially charged full price, and when we went back and asked for the advertised discount, they stonewalled and made it very difficult. My advice: stay away from these guys, there's plenty of pharmacies around.
