Not open 24 hours and they only take debit card or cash for gas!!! We almost ran outta gas because they advertised they were open 24/7

This morning I stopped by this location where I purchased a scratcher that turned into a $10.00 winner. When I handed it to the clerk he threw into the trash while I was checking my super lotto ticket. When I faced this man named Sanko (spelling?) a bald fat Armenian person, he looked at me with a blank face. I reminded him about the ticket I just handed him. He looked at me like he did not know what I was talking about. He claimed that I said to throw the ticket in the trash. I did not. He then escalated the matter into an argument where he was doing all the arguing. I asked him just to cash the ticket and give me my money. He then refused. I reminded him that he and his employer had an obligation under his lottery license to follow the rules and pay out. Then he stated he did not have enough money to pay out. I said it was ten dollars and disputed his assertion. He acted as if he wanted to fight me out of the clear blue. Needless to say, I forced him to pay and left leaving this person with a severe personality disorder to piss someone else off. He reminded me of a Russian gangster. Not a good experience. This location lost it's lottery privileges a while back and I do not think this place always operates on the up and up. Beware.

True hours are 6-11 I think (maybe 6-10). It is in a convenient location for me, the gas is quite cheap, and the owner is quite nice. I just wish they were 24 hours sometimes.
