I was physically impaired and decided to place an order for same day pick up/ curbside because i could not carry a large or heavy item I needed. They canceled the item I needed so I walked in for an alternative and asked family for help to carry it. To my surprise the shelf was fully stocked and the staff couldn’t tell me why they canceled the one item that was obviously in stock. I will not be coming to this store again.

Took my fur baby in today to be groomed. I'picked her up and was NOT advised she had been cut. It was not just a knick it is a full on cut on the webbing of her hind leg. She will never go back for grooming with Teresa. If I could give ZERO stars I would! .

Sign shows closing hours at 9pm Friday. They were closed at 8:15, had to drive to another one 15 min away, bad experience there. What’s going on with Petsmart in my area.

Everyone is very helpful. Store is very clean but could be better stocked. Some items have low inventory. However, pets are treated like VIPs which makes up for everything!
