Don't go here if you have a rental or company vehicle. I had an appointment at 11am and was out after 130m. I got there at 1030 knowing the service had to be approved first since it is a company car. Thankfully there's stuff to do in the immediate area (ie. The mall), but had I not returned and questioned why the work wasn't started around 1230, I'm sure this would have taken another hour or two. First, I want to share a horrible experience I had at the Acura dealership in Concord. I've always taken my car there and happily paid the $100+ for an oil change due to the VIP service they provide. That was not the case this last time and I walked out so frustrated and have vowed to not go back. I looked around for somewhere else to get my simple oil change and found the Pleasant Hill Firestone. I was extremely impressed not only by how they treated my like a VIP, but with the level of knowledge and efficiency in their team members. Half their team was out with COVID, yet they still got my oil changed and managed to go above and beyond helping other customers! Austin even added a coupon for me and I ended up only paying $30!! Amazing! Thank you Austin for your excellent service and professionalism and I look forward to bringing my car again! Service: Oil change

Got my alignment done with them today and it was a breeze. Booked an appointment online, got checked in on time, and was out of there in a couple hours, even though they were completely slammed. Also, both advisors who helped me were friendly and great to talk with. Would recommend! Service: Wheel alignment

I like taking my place here. But not sure what's going on scheduling wise because i waited there all day on Thursday and they only finished my oil change. I brought my car in for oil change and air-conditioning. So i returned my car 7am Saturday and didn't get out until early afternoon 🤔😣. Thank goodness they have a nice big lounge so i can just do my work.

Terrible service! Will not return until manager is changed. Had an appointment. Was told the service would be completed in 90 minutes. Returned in two hours and my car had not been touched. Was not warned of staffing problems. Manager was completely unapologetic.

They got my truck running great. Stevie, (service advisor) was awesome! She saved me money and she has a great attitude. Carlos H. was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and thurough. He shows great pride in his work. I recommend checking them out for there auto care.
