Setting up a mailbox and having it for over a year was one of the easiest things I have done. The staff is super friendly, attentive and always welcoming. They send you a text/email every time a package arrives and it is an easy process of picking them up. 100% recommend for any of your postal needs.

Had a shipping label I needed to print and use to send off a package, but my printer malfunctioned. They were very helpful, unlike the post office which will do nothing in this situation. The lady in the front was very kind. Would recommend coming here

Since Dennis team has taken over, they have been stellar! Dennis is a pretty entertaining! The staff has always very friendly and more then accommodating! I have a PO Box, they always call when I have pancakes! Highly recommend! Very happy with Dennis and his team! From all the these types of franchises, this has the best customer service! Again highly recommend!

Dennis and his team are fantastic. They are the ultimate "utility infielder" for a small business. From shipping, to private mailbox service, to so many other tasks, Dennis and his team can help you out. Great service. Lots of fun conversations. When I walk in I feel like Norm from Cheers "Hi John!". Dennis is a huge Dodgers, Rams and Lakers fan, but don't hold that against him. Great guy to hang out with and enjoy some fun sports banter.

Worst place to visit. They are charging double the price for international possport photo... not sure what is the difference between A photo for a country VS another. He is just taking a picture and printing it… very disappointed...

I recommend this location highly. I have a PO Box here and come often to pick up mail, etc. People are very nice, friendly. Word come to mind is Warm. Helpful of course. Really welcoming business. Appreciate their attitude and again recommend to anyone.

Dennis is amazing. The customer service is top notch. I had a PO box there for over a year. By the second time I was in to pick up my mail he remember me and my box#. Wow! Also when I need to send a package he was not only helpful but informative and told me the most cost effective shipping option. I always spoke highly of him and their service and told my girlfriend about that place. She was impressed with them also. She now uses all her mailing needs through him there. Great job Dennis!
