Plenty of parking, quick service and easy access. Of course, if you're overnighting anything you get skinned alive but that's capitalism for ya.

So far the times that I've been there to return packages it's easy and not too busy. The wait time is not bad. The employees are knowledgeable and take their time answering questions. I usually go in and out. They also have a drop box outside where you can just drop off your items and be on your way. There's plenty of parking outside too.

I love this fedex center.... and I'm not a fedex fan (for context). I have worked remotely for years, even before the Covid shutdown. Some clients need to ship me items (think laptops and accessories) and after use I may need to ship back. This is the FedEx I chose to make those returns. If you are returning a laptop they will not pack it for you but do have the supplies available for you to pack it yourself. If they aren't busy they'll help you out. My experience from a costumer service perspective is always the best. I often come a bit disheveled or not properly prepared and yet they are still nice and very helpful.

So, I've tried several times to ship my device to Motorola and I was informed that I would have to purchase a special electronics box for $8 plus tax and then head to another store FedEx office because I would not be able to complete the return there. Smh

I have important medication that FedEx is supposed to deliver to me. Can’t get a hold of them for pickup status. I need this medication and can’t get it because I can’t get ahold of fedex. Horrible company.
