The customer service here is outstanding. Rod is a superstar and always goes above and beyond to help me out, especially when I have issues. Today the supervisor Cys was also very patient and helpful with me when trying to troubleshoot a missing package. I’m so grateful for employees like these that really want to help. I have a PO Box at this location and the facility is always kept clean and cool. Thanks again team for being so diligent, kind, and hard working! ~Keilani

I went few times because I lost the key from my mailbox. every time I went I noticed that the employees treated people with respect. I saw people already go with attitude or do not arrive with everything that is needed to send their packages and they want them to solve it there. I had a good experience and they helped me throughout the process, I expected it to take 1 to 2 weeks and they did it in 3 days. Thank you ~Olga

It's a great store but they meet to update hours online or go back to opening the store until 6pm. They close at 5. ~Shylo

Apparently there is a thief working at this store. See other reviews below. I dropped off two packages, one for UPS for which I got a receipt and another for USPS. The lady put the package down and said it would go out with USPS later. USPS never received that package. I'll be filing a police report and from now on taking a picture of the packages I drop off there in the hands of the person receiving them. ~Chris
