I went few times because I lost the key from my mailbox. every time I went I noticed that the employees treated people with respect. I saw people already go with attitude or do not arrive with everything that is needed to send their packages and they want them to solve it there. I had a good experience and they helped me throughout the process, I expected it to take 1 to 2 weeks and they did it in 3 days. Thank you

It is the worst in residential service. I'm waiting for a very important envelope that was sent to me by priority mail that doesn't require a signature and supposedly they left it in my mail box but it is not here, I can think that the postman marked that he left it and kept the envelope because it does not appear anywhere and I already reported it but nothing can be done. I can't believe things like this happen and no one is responsible, they don't work, they are the worst.They don't respect what doesn't belong to them, I'm very upset.

For everyone commenting about a “rude” behavior, what do you expect? This is a fast pace environment you’re in. Most of you saying that were probably in a rush to begin with. I love this post office! Never had any issues with it except one time when I couldn’t ship internationally which was to be expected because of Covid. I almost always get attended by the same lady too. I feel like I’M the one bothering her when I come in with my 10 different packages and she’s always remained nice! They’re literally just trying to get you in and out of there. Be more respectful/patient for these hard working employees!!!

I've been in this office several times and can say that the staff I've dealt with consistently have been extremely polite, patient, and helpful. They are efficient, and the times I've had to wait in line were not for more than 5-10 minutes the most! I usually go in the afternoon around 1-2pm, everything I've mailed gets to it's destination on time and in good condition. The only reason why not 5 ⭐ is because finding parking can be a challenge, they have a lot but is not for customers, if it was they would get 5 stars!

I'm an "Informed Delivery" customer, which means I get an email from them with scanned photos of letters I should expect in my mailbox that day. It's been 2 days in a row that I'm informed of multiple letters I'm receiving and it's 2 days of nothing in my mailbox. Where my mail, USPS 92105? And while I've got you here, why doesn't the letter carrier EVER pick up our outgoing mail? Or why do y'all NEVER pick up the phone? Trust me...you don't want me to show up over this. Whiskey tango foxtrot, over?

As I am new to the city, I was reluctant to go to this post office because of its ratings, but it was the closest to me. Nevertheless, the person who helped me was very nice & did not give off the vibe that she did not want to be there, which is something I read among the other reviews. She was very quick, too. I’d probably come here again, but never alone since I had to park a little far.

I agree with other comments about the bad attitude of employees working in this location. I am an ebay seller, so shipping and handling packages are something that I am dealing with everyday. I've tried other locations in San Diego, but this is the only location that urged me to log into my account so I can give it a 1-star review. Jackie, the lady who works there might work in the wrong job. She was not helpful and pretty rude. She has been the only USPS associate that told me to "print a bigger label" because she could not read it. All she needs to do is just scan the barcode and all the info is already there. All other location I have been to always accept my packages happily. We are your customers, not your employees/workers so stop your bullying attitude, Jackie!

On 3 separate occasions, I have had a similar experience every time. Each experience was unfortunate, the employees have a poor attitude and demonstrate poor customer service. On several occasions I've received the wrong packages and my package was delivered to a completely different address. When I talked to the supervisor, I was told that it would be handled and I would be notified. IF I did not handle it myself and investigate the situation myself (off of a lucky guess) my package was in preparation to be returned. I still have not received a phone call from anyone at the post office about my package. It is completely unacceptable and packages are a very important and sensitive matter, however there seems to be no sense of urgency, care, or sympathy at this particular establishment. I whole heartedly wish I could handle business at another post office, but unfortunately I'm stuck with this one.

I wish they had a self service unit. The staff was nice. One of them was actually really cute. Most of the wait was from the costumers human errors but the staff was helping them. Overall not a bad place to go N mail your items
