Apparently there is a thief working at this store. See other reviews below. I dropped off two packages, one for UPS for which I got a receipt and another for USPS. The lady put the package down and said it would go out with USPS later. USPS never received that package. I'll be filing a police report and from now on taking a picture of the packages I drop off there in the hands of the person receiving them.

BEWARE!!! I brought my ring into this UPS store to ship back to be resized and it "mysteriously" went missing. When I brought it in, the lady asked me what was I was sending. When I told her it was a ring, she put the package on the side of her computer. She did not seal the package. I felt strange about it, so I asked her why she hadn't sealed my package or put the package in the shipping area. She responded that she would do it later. I have never had this happen at any other place I have ever shipped items. After that, the ring never turned up anywhere. According to the tracking, it never left that store. I called the owner and he told me that they would not help me and they "didn't steal cheap rings". I am now suing the store for the cost of the lost item and my time.

Closed the store 6 minutes early with 3 customers outside. Wouldn't look me in the eyes and just yelled "we're closed!" I thought USPS was bad, but UPS just said "hold my beer..."

Hand down the worst UPS store ever been. I was returning amazon wardrobe merchandise to store. There was clearly one option on Amazon to drop off merchandise without packaging. The person in this store requested me to have my original packaging which makes no sense at all and refused to return the merchandise even though I handed her the original receipts and everything. Like seriously?! I didn’t think Amazon’s return system was this stupid enough to not able to locate return labels from original bar codes. UPS please TRAIN YOUR STAFF to know how to use Amazon’s return system!

In front of other customers and two staff Amanda implied that I lied. It was embarrassing. When I returned to the store to complete the transaction with proof I hadn't lied, I requested an apology. She said that she had acted professionally, treated me courteously and owed me no apology. When I got upset she told me the she was human, I was not allowed to get upset at her and that she was refusing me service. OK, taking my business elsewhere. All she had to do was apologize for embarrassing me in front of the customers and staff. I'm human too.

Get a receipt!!! I dropped off an Amazon return to this store. My return code was scanned and they asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no because I had my baby in my arms and was in a hurry. I was also trying to minimize contact due to COVID-19. Amazon usually sends an email immediately, once the item is scanned, so I wasn't too worried about it. I never received an email and the return has not made it to Amazon, so I should have just kept the item since I will not get a refund. Never had this issue when returning Amazon items to Kohls. Won't be back.

All of the personnel made me feel like a VIP! They were quick to ask my needs, prompt at completing the task & courteous throughout the whole transaction. My All time Favorite UPS Store!

Yesterday I waited at home to receive a package that was scheduled to be delivered. By the end of the day all I received was a written notice stuck yo my front door that I could go to this UPS center to pick up my package. No knock on the door. No ringing of the door bell. No package dropped on my doorstop. No package given to my neighbor. Nothing but a sticky note. Perhaps the driver is paid by the homes and attempts he/she makes rather then the actual deliveries that are made. All I know for a fact is that I stayed home all day waiting-and listening. All I got was a notice to drive to their store for a pickup. Lousy service. No more will I use UPS or will I do business with companies that tell me they plan to ship with UPS!

7/31/18. I dropped off a package at UPS (my computer) and the MANAGER threw the box into the closest bin. Threw it about 5 feet into a bin and I commented "I would appreciate it if you didn't throw my box". She replied "if it can't survive that, it won't make it to your destination". I replied "I would appreciate it if you didn't throw my box". -- Very frustrated at the fact that I had to leave because a manager was arguing with me about how to do her job. Wondering #1 who taught her to argue with her customers until they left or #2 who taught her to throw packages instead of simply just placing it in the bin!! Poor service.

They charged me $10 just to pickup a package there. Apparently this UPS store doesn't know anything about being a friendly neighborhood store that offers convenient services. Perhaps they should go next door to Ralph's, which is now a pickup center for Fedex packages, to see what customer service is all about. Fedex here I come...
