Great rates and 24hr access to your storage which is nice when you work odd hours and can't always be in and unpacked by 8pm. They have shipping containers for rent and they stack them two high, and they let you rent the top one and provide fork lift services to put your belongings in it as well as a moving staircase that travels to whoever's in need of it at the time. Just if you pick a top container be aware That someone can and will take the staircase, leaving you stuck if you're not paying attention to the sound of them taking the brakes off the staircase. And the way down isn't fun

After a horrible break in / theft experience with PUBLIC STORAGE on Mather Field Rd., I searched and found Superior Storage on Sunrise! This facility BLEW ME AWAY. Double lock system, superior security and the friendliest staff I have yet to encounter anywhere! They went beyond the call to make us feel welcomed in every way imaginable. Clean indoor climate controlled facility that even had very clean restrooms was unmatched anywhere. We have just moved in to our new house and I am actually saddened to leave our unit which has served us so well. I guarantee you, there is no better place to secure your valuables than here! Thanks so much again Superior Storage!! If we ever need a storage unit again, WE WILL BE BACK👍🏻👍🏻

Will never use this storage company again. I saw two dogs roaming the halls and witnessed one pee on a door. The back area to park was so small could barely load or unload a truck.

We are so glad that we went with Superior Self Storage. It is a family-run business and they are some of the kindest and most genuine people that we have met. We were moving to the area and needed a place to store all of our stuff while in transition. They were so helpful during a somewhat stressful situation. The entire property is very clean and well taken care of. We had a second floor unit. The first floor is air-conditioned and the second floor is not. The entire place is very secure and it was very easy to stop by and grab anything that we needed from the space that we were renting. They offer free beverages and baked goods for renters in the main office. Again, we highly recommend that you use Superior Self Storage!

Wonderful family owned business! I joined them from the start and now have more than 1 storage unit with them. My personal experience with Chase and his family have been that they are professional, hospitable, respectful, and accommodating. It's a very safe and clean environment, located in an easy-access area on Sunrise. Thank you Superior Storage family!

I helped someone move their belongings into one of their second floor units. Halfway through the move the elevators stopped working. We were pretty bummed until we were offered a temporary unit on the first floor so we could continue unloading. They then offered to move our belongings into the unit upstairs once the elevator was repaired. I was very impressed with their customer service. I didn’t even mention they had cold drinks and delicious cookies. My only suggestion would be to have more flat bed carts available.
