There was a glitch in the gate control and we had to wait till she got back from lunch so we could get into the gate with a different code that worked. That was the only complaint I can say I have is the glitch in the gate control. I couldn’t use the code I had picked. Other than that everything went very smooth! Oh and also I had to finish the signing in online which was confusing because I was told to just sign the ones that pertain to me but I wound up signing everything just for it to go through it.

My actual time at this place was not horrible, except for the changes in pricing, but that is inevitable at any storage. But a few months after moving out, I was charged 140 dollars that I didn't owe and it ended up on my credit. I disputed it and after investigation, it was removed from my credit. Nice try, but I have been trying to improve my credit so I actively monitor my reports/ scores with all 3 bureaus, thank you. Also, I never felt safe in there. A few times I saw multiple cops there, either rolling someone up or cutting a lock for an investigation. It just gave me bad vibes, but hey, maybe that was just me.

Website not really user friendly. Booked Sunrise location but reservation made at Folsom Blvd location. No option to use my own renter's insurance to cover my property. Code for gate did not / does not work. Had to wait until the next day to get a temp code from the manager. Manager was helpful but had no idea that I had rented a unit. Disorganized. Charged an additional fee that wasn't explained and had to get a breakout of the charges sent to me by the manager, not provided by the system.

Gloria was such an awesome person. She helped me out very quickly, she was really informative on the promo's that were being offered. I would highly recommend coming to this location and renting a storage facility. Plus it's a whole lot cheaper than other storage places.

My experience with istorage has been great so far. The service was great from the moment I got there until the moment I left. Friendly, kind,and helpful. All of my questions were answered and everything was explained honestly and thoroughly. Rates were some of the best I could find in the area. I am looking forward to doing business here and will update my review if anything changes! So far, I recommend this place.

I've had my storage here for almost a year now and am very pleased with my experience. The properties constantly well kept and the couple employees I've interacted with have always been very helpful and friendly. When I first signed up for my storage Gloria was great! She was very helpful in figuring out which size was best for me and made me feel very comfortable with my decision store my personal belongings here.. since then and most recently I am welcomed most times by Betsy who is always smiling and waving hello as I drive through the gate. I appreciate the way Betsy checks up on me just to see how things are is always willing to accommodate me in any way she can. Overall I'm very happy with istorage and highly recommend it to all.
