Tammy, you’re my favorite!! My experience at this location has always been phenomenal, due to the staff. They truly make their customers feel valued and taken care of. I have rented at other locations with subpar service and even though this location is a bit further away than what I would prefer—they have my loyalty. Thank you guys for always making something that is typically unpleasant, selecting a storage unit— into an enjoyable experience. I appreciate you and the work you do for your customers. The friendly and customer-centric approach is very much appreciated!

Super easy to choose and rent a space online. Meeting the staff was a pleasure. Both ladies were very kind and helpful! Highly recommend! Update: We are doing a whole house move to a partially renovated home. While the new home is under construction, we needed a place for all of our stuff. It turned out that the original unit we rented was too small, so we asked to upgrade to the next larger size. As that one filled up, we knew we’d need to add one more small unit. With all of these changes, the staff at Extra Space rocked it. Our changes were smooth and without any hiccups. We love this place and the ladies who work there! Awesome service!

Honestly, I live way across town and I’d open a storage at this location, just because of the staff.
