Mostly good service Lisa is great she's knowledgeable and gives great ideas I haven't met anyone incompetent only last Sunday a guy that works there was more interested being on the phone than helping me so I went in Mon and the girl that helped me fixed my problem and I was on my way in less than 5 mins

I never leave a negative review unless absolutely necessary. Gonzalo straight up lied about a price before driving down to this store. He assured it would be a certain price, out the door" including taxes. He was asked multiple times, "Are you sure this is the total price out the door, taxes included" He said yes and I ended up paying $45 more than I was told. Very unhappy that we were lied to and can not stand dishonest people who will lie just to make a sale. Pretty sad. Honesty is the most important thing & I wish more companies realized that.

My husband and I came to this location to look for a new phone for him. Rosie and Christofer were more than helpful choosing out a phone and plan for our needs. They told us about new offers and current deals and how I could eventually add my line when we I was ready. We didn’t feel that sales pressure that some cell phone companies push into you. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately my husband had to return the phone 3 days later due to his job status. Rosie was there to take care of the metro promise full refund. She was friendly, efficient, understanding and didn’t pressure us at all, she made the process easy and fast. She has the best positive and happy attitude that customers want to see and experience in a retail store in general and especially when returning an item. We will definetely come back to this store when we are able to purchase a new phone. We recommend this location to anyone. Thank you Rosie!!

This has to be the best Metro PCS I have ever been to! Every Saturday the they have customer appreciation day and they give out food and drinks not to mention once a month they have a raffle not just any little rinky dinky raffle but they actually give out an awesome prize. I've already won once. It's been a while that I have felt appreciated for my business. Wish more business would take care of their customers like this.
