NO LONGER OPEN 24 HOURS!!! I have been going to this Subway for years and the staff is always welcoming and attentive. The dining room and restrooms are clean and well stocked. I live in Mentone and go to this Subway even though there are many others much closer. Keep up the great service! It's highly appreciated!

Not surprised at all. No avocado on my sandwich! Update: picked up my online order. When I got to work and opened my sandwich, I was very pleased to see a neat sandwich. Thank you, it is very much appreciated. Sandwich was yummy too! They made up for that avocado time.

I have been waiting to review this location till i had been in there a few times. I ordered the same sandwich ive ordered for 20yrs, its not an exaggeration unfortunately. I have had 4 different staff members makes my sandwiches her and every one doesnt know how to close a sandwich when they are finished. When did the technique of using the knife to push everything inside then slide the knife out stop. They had all rolled the sandwich over, condiments facing down, then pushed their fingers inside to try and get everything in. And when the condiments come back out of the sandwich they wrap the sandwich as is. The need better training, or any and they need to learn how to speak to people.

As far as I can tell, this is the only location in Redlands that is still open to the public and available for dine-in or carry out. It's very fortunate, then, that the staff are friendly and produce attractive and delicious submarine-style sandwiches. The interior is small but clean, the bread is freshly baked daily, and the ingredients are always very fresh, as well. The only downside? You may have to wait in line!

I used to love this location, the staff were nice, remembered my order, and I could be in and out no problem. Now they never stay open as late as they say, and almost never close at the same time. It says they're open until 10 or 11 pm but more often than not they close anywhere between 730-900. This was my go-to to get dinner while on shift but I haven't actually been able to catch them open in over a month. It's getting ridiculous, they either need to stick to their current hours or adjust them and let people know they're going to be closing earlier so I can stop showing up just to get turned away at the door, and im almost never alone in getting turned away, more often than not someone else is also already there getting turned away too.

Another day, another work lunch wasted. Ive heard every excuse in the book from we close early sometimes all the way down to "we're out of bread". This subway location continues to close earlier then the times posted and its always random, never consistent. This time my online order goes through. Confirmation number and money withdrawn from my account. I order right before I clock out for lunch so it will be ready when I get there. They wait more then 15minutes after ive already sent in my order and ive just arrived, to call me and say they were closing early and that the order came in when they already started putting stuff away. So now I didnt get my lunch for work, didnt have enough time to get something else cause my lunch is only 30min and I couldn't get anything else anyways because now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my $30+ dollars to be refunded to my account. Thanks for the hunger issues for the rest of my shift at work Subway. I totally enjoy going 12 hours without lunch.

Very clean and the employees are nice and patient. I took a fee minutes to figure out what I wanted and she never once got frustrated with me about that when she had already started on one of our sandwiches. Best part is they are open 24 hours so when its late and your hungry you don't have to eat junk food.

Coming here at 12am because it’s the healthiest food choice at this time. Best Subway around the city by far. Good service and the people making your sandwich are so friendly. Go it to go but I will definitely come back.
