Great because it is very quiet and empty. Looks well stocked but could be because of pricing. If you need something they probably have it but you will pay full price to get it.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacist and the other awful woman there should be fired. They are rude , condescending and they play games with the customers. Awful just awful people. You have no idea what people are going through so just be kind , especially when you are in the business of sick care.

They can’t fill my prescriptions for Treciba and Novalog insulin because the Manufacturers are back ordered. These insulin’s are readily available at CVS and Safeway pharmacies. It would be better to transfer your prescription

Warning do not buy vanilla gift cards from Rite Aid. Not only do the right aid personnel not know how to properly activate them, but when they don't neither Rite Aid nor vanilla gift card will help the customer. I have two $200 gift cards from vanilla gift cards that I bought at Rite Aid that were improperly activated. It's been since January and I've been back to Rite Aid about 6 times and called vanilla gift card more times than that with no luck. I have the cards the receipts the records and both Rite Aid and vanilla gift card know perfectly well what's going on and that I'm out $400 but neither it will do anything to help me. This is incompetence at its highest level.

Pharmacist shortchanged me 4 pills in a prescription. When I realized it at the end of the month, I went back and told her she shortchanged me. I again returned and she admitted giving me 1 short but wouldn't give me the missing pills. If the pharmacist has difficulty counting, who's to say if they sometimes mix up the pills. This is dangerous, needs to be taken seriously and should be addressed. BTW, I have taken this medication for 20+ years and have never noticed an issue. But February only has 28 days, I had filled the prescription on February 1 and I only had enough pills to get me through the 26th. I have never counted pills when I pick up a prescription but I guess I now need to (from the new pharmacy I will switch to for safety reasons)!

One mislabeled ALL THREE prescriptions I was picking up. A bottle was labeled 90 pills while there were visibly less inside. I had to count them in front of the pharmacy clerk. They lost my trust completely after this incident. Please check your prescriptions, including quantity, before paying and leaving! Dangerously inept pharmacy clerks.

This pharmacy was the bane of my existence for a while but the new pharmacy manager has completely turned the place around. It used to be all horrendously long lines, missing prescriptions, etc, but now I always get what I need on time! Nidhi goes above and beyond alerting my family when prescriptions are about to run out and helped me today to save 60% on some meds that I had to pay for out-of-pocket. Thank you!!!

even though the pharmacists are overworked, they are always friendly and courteous, and they've been really solid about making sure we get what we need. much nicer and more reliable than other pharmacies i've been to.

This pharmacy is the worst. I would give less than one star if possible. My eye doctor gave me a handwritten prescription for an antibiotic eye drops (3 times a day) for a scratched cornea which I picked up. The next day, I called my eye doctor because my eye was still really sensitive to light. My doctor was concerned, she told me to stop using this 1st prescription, and she wanted change my prescription to antibiotic/steroid eye drops. She called in the 2nd prescription. *This was the day after I had picked up the 1st prescription*. So, I drove to the pharmacist, one-eyed while wearing sunglasses and a cap and tearing up the whole time due to the sensitivity. I waited in line looking like a freaky person in sunglasses & cap indoors to ask for my prescription; even though it had been at least 2 hours since I had spoken to my doctor, the pharmacy clerk told me I would need to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to fill it, I wondered around the store, and bought an eye patch. Finally when the prescription was ready, the cashier asked me "Is this what your doctor ordered for you?", I said "My doctor called it in so I assume so. Does it have a steroid and antibiotic in it?" The cashier just said "This is what your doctor asked for". I paid $26+, trusted all was in order, & drove home one-eyed, but less teary since the eye-patch was helping. I got home and was about to open the package, but when I looked the drops, and compared them to my 1st prescription, I noticed they were the exact same prescription I had picked up the day before with instructions to use 4 drops, not 3 drops. I didn't open the box with the drops in it, and immediately called the pharmacy. They told me that I needed to call my doctor, that they would refund my insurance. I did, my doctor was upset and confused why they would misunderstand her and refill something I had picked up less than 24 hours earlier... she called them again, I headed back to the pharmacist, basically they argued rudely that my doctor had made a mistake, they weren't going to refund me for an UNOPENED box of eye drops, I had to call my doctor again on my cell phone while I was in line and hand over my cell phone to the pharmacist for my doctor to re-explain I didn't need the same exact prescription. Then the pharmacist finally agreed to refund me $26+, but charged me $116+ for the 2nd prescription (which later my eye doctor who was equally upset pointed out to me on her computer was only supposed to cost me $56). ARRGH. Anyway, my eye is finally getting better, but NOW I keep getting these random automated calls from Rite Aid Pharmacy telling my that my prescription is ready for pick up.... I picked it up over a week ago... this pharmacy SUCKS. I only changed because I recently switched insurance from Kaiser; anything's better than these buffoons!

Service is awful. If you need a prescription filled NOW, do NOT go here! My doctor sent in a prescription for me yesterday afternoon. When I called the pharmacy to see if it was ready, they said it wasn't but would be ready in about an hour. I asked if I should call them, or would they call me? They said they would call me. You guessed it--no call. After a horrible night of pain I called them again at 10 a.m. They said it would be ready in about an hour. When I protested they said OK half an hour. These people have no regard for their patients & NO sense of urgency.
