Worst store ever usually only one customer service rep. I walked in to get new phone service there was only one guy working he was assisting someone I waited 30 to 40 minutes and he was still helping the same person I ended up walking out what a waste of time

This place is ridiculous I bought two phones and a hotspot I had to take in my phones six times in the first 3 days for them to reset my number then the whole time I had my hotspot it didn't work as soon as I turned it on I said I reach maximum capacity when I paid for the most expensive one they had and turned it on and plugged it into the charger how is it already at maximum capacity went into the store today to cut off my daughter's line and the Wi-Fi literally the lady there was on speaker phone with the customer no privacy during that conversation heard the whole thing there was one more of their customer besides myself waiting just for her to tell me that I couldn't no not me she couldn't cancel those lines because she didn't have that access and I had to call customer service even though online it says to come into the store to turn off the service because you can't do it from online and when I called customer service they let me know why I couldn't go into the store and asked for it to be turned off I told them because your customer service that's at the store so that I had a call customer service so you guys can do it online and was told that that was absolute lie so now I'm sitting here calling the number that's on the website and no one's answering and I know it's not busy because I just left

Im not sure why but the sales representative told me that i couldnt purchase a new phone at full price. I had lost my phone and needed it to get in touch with family/children as well as important business calls. I made it clear i needed it with or without any eligible discount and could pay full price, but to no avail. Rep also refused to verify me with my ID and instead insisted on asking me questions which were difficult to answer without phone access. After being sent to an incorrect "corporate store" i finally found the right place after 30 more minutes. At this store the employee told me that most likely the representative simply "didnt want to sell me the phone". Long story short, the employee at the reseda and vanowen store on weds the 4th at 11am refused to sell me a new phone to replace the one i lost and then intentionally misled me about where i could get a "special replacement phone for the short term". We all have families and we all need phones... Messed up

worst customer service ever!!!!! They gave me an iphone 6 when I said iphone 6s plus. And I didn't know that until after she did the purchase and then wouldn't allow the 7 day return policy! This is a Metropromise and the store argued that they have a different policy. Avoid employee lixtacuy and Mrs. Lee the manager. They do not follow policy. I am going back to at&t and returning my phone even if I loose money. First my phone was stolen when I had at&t so I was trying to replace it and then this happened. WORST week of my life!! I spoke with the manager but they didn't want me to talk to her to explain my situtation because they couldn't fess up to their mistake! SCREW THIS PLACE AND STAY AWAY!
