I have been an Enterprise customer for 20 years. Recently I took my car to the dealer for service and needed a loaner because it was going to take all day for service. In the past they gave me a loaner from their own fleet at no charge. This time they said they were out of loaners and took me to the close-by Enterprise location. I was to get the rental for the day at no charge which I did. The dealer took an extra day to service my car and Enterprise let me keep their car with no problems. The car was great and they were very helpful with the unexpected extension. In the past 40 years I have used every major car rental company for business. The only one that I have used in the last 15 years is Enterprise and they are the only one that I will ever use again. In fact, my ex-wife needed a car and I took her to Enterprise Car Sales . She found the perfect used car and the sales staff made it so good for her. Enterprise is the best!

Rented from this Enterprise about 4 times. Cars are always in good condition and the service is great. In particular, the last time I was there, during the recent heatwave, they encouraged us to wait inside for our ride even though it was already after-hours when I arrived. Thank you for keeping us cool and for staying late for us.

I have rented from Enterprise for over 30 years and have had mostly positive experiences with nice cars& trucks. I understand that to survive the pandemic that changes had to be made at the the customer's expense, I rented a midsize car at Rocklin CA. Location and did not want upgraded to next size but was automatically upgraded to a car with almost 50000 on it and the paint on front panels did not even match,I could tell it had been repaired and it's oil change light was on at 5% life remaining,Just not up to the Enterprise standards I'm accustomed to. And when I mentioned it upon return they attitude was a little condescending,maybe their management needs a closer look at that Location. Thanks Enterprise...

Sarah and her team did a great job catering to my needs. Excellent service from start to finish. Was able to communicate text and over the phone very easily. Very little wait time and everyone was very friendly. Switched cars out a few times due to my profession catering to clients. I rented for over a month due to a claim. Would highly recommend 👌

Usually I rent from another location however, this time I came to the Rocklin location. Customer Service was great!! They acknowledge you are in the office. I received a text from the location manager, Sarah, letting me know I could contact her/office with any questions/needs I may have. I am very appreciative of the excellent customer service here. Enterprise as a whole has always been great but this office's customer care, for me, has been the best and that is important to me as a consumer.

I needed to rent a car to travel down south to visit my sister. I needed to return the car quickly and thought I would be charged for a number of things that I thought would be an issue. Natalie assured me that everything was fine and that I would be taken care of. Not only was she kind, but very professional and fair. If you value good customer service, she is the lady for the job. Thank you Natalie for easing my mind and securing any future business I might need with renting a car. If I could give more stars I would.

Natalie was the saving grace for our rental experience. A loaner car was not available at our dealers service shop, so they offered a non-charge rental. The pick-up driver was pleasant and the drive to the rental lot problem free. Although all rental cars are "non-smoking" it took three tries to find one that actually didn't smell like smoke. We drove the car a total of about 17 miles, added a gallon of gas (estimated based on MPG), but later received an email saying we'd be charged $21.47 for not topping off the gas. Upon contacting the rental office, they told us the car needed 5 gallons of gas, but they would only charge us for 3 gallons. OUTRAGEOUS! Finally, we connected with Natalie who tracked down the problem immediately (mis-entered mileage) and refunded our entire deposit.
