Very disappointed they don’t try to even do the bare minimum of a decent job, They were more curious of who did my blonde hair than actually putting effort to what I wanted And still didn’t have the right tools to cut. Secondly I don’t even know Celine and as soon I walked in she started to give me attitude with rolling her eyes constantly looking at me up and down. Stylist should be more professional and less Envy of others.

I moved to Roseville almost a year ago and have tried several stylists. I have short grey hair, and it's not rocket science. Last week, I tried Great Clips. Thank God! Finally! I think that cutting it dry was the key. My hair turned out great! I feel pretty stupid having paid up to $80 somewhere else for a bad haircut. Live and learn.

I am so very disappointed in the lady who cut my hair. I felt like we were on the same page until she felt as if I were telling her how to do her job, I was kindly asking for a trim a certain way. Very clear on what I wanted and showed her, she squinted at me and did it her way while taking the whole side of my hair off. I now have to walk around with a messed up haircut for a month now thanks to the middle eastern blonde lady who’s name was not of the normal. I would have blown up in front of customers but do not conduct myself in that manner I’d like a follow up. Service: Hairstyling

The customer service here is outstanding! All the stylists are so sweet and professional. They are very welcoming and do a great job! I have brought my daughter in several times for a specific hair style she needs for dance performances and they do a great job! Taylor has saved us on many occasions with her braiding skills! I needed a haircut in the morning, last minute and Kaitlin/Caitlin was very accommodating. I was in and out within 15 minutes and she did an excellent job! Thank you. Btw, the app was user friendly, find your location, click check-in and you have an hour for your appointment.
