Chase customer services is getting worse a family member tried to open a checking account and she was told that she has to make an appointment, really just to open a checking account! Also, when trying to make the appointment, she was told that they were book. What kind of customer service are providing to the public.

I came to open a account and Adeleny Velasquez who I had a appointment with didn’t show up to work… I drove 20 mile because is was the earliest one and no one else could help me. Didn’t even try to reschedule me.

I am NOT HAPPY with the manner in which they treated me following my Mom's death. Despite my name being listed on the "Payable Upon Death" paperwork AND being named "Executor" by my Mom, every bill in her name that came due I attempted to pay. In almost every instance, I received a notice telling me that they were not paid and to make matters worse, those unpaid bills each had late charges or NSF charges!!! And when I asked about unusual debits taken from my Mom's account...was told the account(s) were closed and there was nothing they could do. That's funny because after they "closed" the account(s)I received two separate bank statements. One listed a withdrawal of just over $3,200 (bank wouldn't identify them) and the other showed 2 open accounts(in my Mom's name) checking had a ZERO balance. Savings just a penny. They lied

What a dirty disgusting place. The ATM machine out side looks like they never clean it! There is trash all over the place. This chase is completely trashed and disgusting.

Very professional environment. I was treated the moment I came in . I was being followed up with & seen immediately after my request to see the notary . The notary who is also the manager & the Vice President was polite & profesional & fast ! I had experienced a bad experience at another branch prior to this visit & the lady who helped me was caring and willing to listen . She was apologetic for the bad experience I had another branch . Would definitely return for future banking services. Thank you

Your bankers are ruin and very un organized whats the point in writing your name down if ur not going to follow thru people wait for more then an hour and let other people cut with not be going back to this bank

2 women helped me get approved for a credit card and were very patient with me :) They even ordered a new debit card for me

Very poor service not helpful at all and why advertise going into a local chase bank to get a same day card when you can't. California I.D should be valid to get one just because o opened account with my drivers license and not my California I.D there both state I.D makes no sense and the manger Alex didn't even try to see what else he could to to help me. Poor management skills I had to ask for an number to see what else I could do!

Came in for a card replacement, thought it would be an easy in an out. I thought wrong. I have been waiting for over an hour. Bad customer service. Bank manager looks lost.
