This place is very accommodating if you asking to do special requests like switch out your old rims for the new ones that you have brought along. They also have good deals for some tires if you buy 4 at a time, not to mention that their alignment job is perfect.

Yeah, you guys need to get rid of Dany or Doug the guy with the slicked back hair (I didn’t get close enough to read the nametag right). The last three times I’ve been there he’s just rude and careless and you can expect to be waiting in line for about 40 minutes. I’m listening to this lady try to figure out why her tire order hasn’t arrived yet and the guy is super unhelpful and barely gives any info. He’s got 5 other people in line and just taking forever with this woman only to not be able to help her in the end. The previous reviews show it all, gotta clean house with some of these careless guys. The service is waaaaay bad.

Super slow crew, waited 4 hours for just a falt tire. This is unacceptable. Joacb was in front an you can tell they don't want walk in. A flat tire fix should like 15 mins max. These guys are under trained. I got my car back an it was low on air after 4 hour!!!

Very good experience, New set Michelin's ordered online, because of size, not stocked, there fast, guys very nice, parked car bk in spot 5 stars all around. 👍 In store also 👍

gotta improve the culture at costco too. I know a few pioneers that can teach the costo corporate leadership team. .. the truth is hard to hear but it must be heard! ARIC is not a customer service oriented employee, doesn't care, poor attitude. Maybe costco should pay tire guys more and get better ones who are proud of their job, fire the current umployees, find a new tire manager...who manages, hustles and is a leader to set a standard. Have a dedicated service representative for the front desk, tired and batteries aren't difficult to figure out. There I fixed your tired center problems for free, this one's on me, ezpz...

Went to get my tires installed and they installed them but rotated my rears to the front when they’re different sizes and not rated for that had to go back to make them rotate them back as I ordered for the new tires to be installed on the front not the rear there was no need to rotate either as they are different sizes. Not only did they disregard me when I advised them about that issue they dinged my rear bumper and it’s visible, please stay away as their installers do not read anything regarding to what your appointment is or handling your car and will cosmetically scar your car.

Horrible wait times! I came in to get my tires installed at 12pm and have been waiting in line for over 38 minutes. How is only one person scheduled to work the counter on the weekend during lunch hour, not to mention the numerous calls received that prolongs the line? Nothing against the employees but management has done a terrible job having so little employees working the tire center. On a previous occasion, I came here to schedule my tire installation and that took 30 minutes! Will never come here for tire installation again until the issue is fixed. Edit: I've been waiting yet again in line for 25 minutes to get my car keys back and still only one person working the counter with each phone call taking up more time. There are a lot of employees working the warehouse, food court, etc. How hard is it to get another person to work at the tire center (any cross training?). Costco prides itself on amazing customer service (have had great experiences outside of the tire center) so why not improve the services here?

Had a tire I bought here get a flat. I waited well over three hours to get it repaired. When I arrived they said 3 people were ahead of me. While I watched car after car was pulled in and had tires installed. Do not expect reasonable service from the tire center nor it seems honesty. Buy ties someplace else.

Don’t buy your tires from here go to Goodyear or Pepboys. Bought tires online and made appointment. My card was charged twice. I have the bank statements and screenshots. I received an email that my tires showed up at Costco made appointment for a few days later. I showed up, no appointment under my name. I received an email that morning reminding me about my appointment. Then they tell me I ordered the wrong tires. One excuse after another. I asked for my money back and will be canceling my membership . I didn’t know Costco was full of retards

Knowledgeable employees & great service. I had a flat when I came out from shopping at Costco. My son needed a ride to the airport that night and I already knew I was needing to replace the tires soon so I drove around to their tire center. It was busy because they just started a tire sale. They didn't have the size I needed in stock at that location but were able to call & confirm that a nearby warehouse still had all 4 in stock. It was the first day of their tire sale so they recommended not waiting long to get them if I didn't want to wait for them to be ordered. I got AAA to put my spare on & headed over to the other warehouse. I was able to purchase the tires but there were many people in front of me so the wait was long. The employee confirmed that I could return later that day or the next day with my receipt to have the tires installed (since I didn't have much time before I had to pick up my son & take him to the airport.) That's what I did! Great job on the installation & balancing the next day. They were busy but were able to finish in half the time If I could give just one bit of advice to the workers that would have made this review 5 stars instead of 4, it would be to please wash their hands or put on some clean gloves before they enter the cars. I had several black fingerprints on my interior...some in odd places too like on the upholstered frame of the little side window by the windshield and up by the sun roof. I just had the car detailed not long ago so that was disappointing to see. Friendly service though and good workmanship on the tire installation.
