People were helpful once I was able to get some attention. I ended up returning what I got and went the apple store. Best buy has military discounts, but nothing for first responders— unlike the apple store.

Bought a tv from Best Buy, it is a lemon, it turns off by itself, does not turn on and the volume just stops sometimes. I contacted them and had to do a bunch of trouble shooting. Then they took weeks to get back to me, only to tell me to contact the manufacturer. Waste of time and money. Be warned, they don't care about you after you purchase.

It was quite simple for me to purchase a computer from Best Buy; the in-store pickup process took less than ten minutes. It has been more than a year since I purchased two Cyberpower computers from Best Buy, and I have had no problems with them.

Check out was very undesirable. 1 person was cashier and there were 3 staff by the door Just Chatting. There were 3 by the cellphone area, and 1 staff who looked lost. I've been standing waiting to see if someone would approach and say "i can help you check out here" but alas, i was expecting Too Much of the staff. I had to walk to them at the door, and I said "i would like to check out" One of the girls just walk without saying anything. I told her "you're welcome," even if she didnt thank me. Worst best buy ever. Wont be coming back here. Let alone best buy.

None of the employees ever ask if I need help finding out buying anything. You always have to do your own research before showing up and have to find someone to help with larger items like TV's or items that are locked up. I could stand in front of an item for an hour and never once be asked if I need help or have a question about the item. I usually only go if I can't get it same day from Amazon/Walmart.

Did you know these guys are Sodastream retailers? Neither did I. Popped in here to exchange some canisters and ended up picking up a few things for my kids. Small selection of toys/Legos. Electronic retail isn't what it used to be but you can get quality stuff here. LG OLEDs and soundbars with the latest Dolby features. Samsung soundbars with Dolby Atmos. Junk food at the impulse buy locations. Staff very helpful when approached.

The place is busy and mask is needed. We got help from Ka Man Chan. He's super informative and patient in regards to the questions we had and answered them very clearly. Really recomend him if you need any helps.The store will do a price match if you find it somewhere else cheaper.
