This is the worse place .. the broker at El Cajon Blvd are really bad,, bad customer service, they ripped you off and don’t know what the hell their doing! Typing back and forth on the computer??? Very unprofessional I don’t recommend anyone this this place. Don’t worry I’ll donate my change that you didn’t r return to me for your broker to go do her long nails! Keep robbing these hard working people.

First and for most SHOUT OUT TO SALMA!! She is the best! My registration was suspended from the DMV since I forgot to insure one of the cars I had that was just sitting due to covid! I had to act quick since I would be starting work in a a couple of days. So I searched up acouple of places and came across this place! I walked and and they were helping other people but was still greeted quickly and was told they would be with me soon. To my surprise that was pretty quick! Salma was the person that greeted and helped me out! I had acouple record and points on my driving history and she still assured me that it would be okay! (Sometimes it’s embarrassing to get insurance since my record isn’t so great since I was a dumb kid with a license back then) but she made me feel comfortable and assured me it’s only human to make mistakes! It was quick and easy and she was really professional yet made me felt comfortable to get auto insurance! No joke! I felt compelled to write a review. She even helped me with my registration suspension fee process since it was my first time dealing with all this! Thank you all you guys at auto fiesta! And who knows maybe I WILL do my taxes with you guys! Lol So if you had a bad record or speeding tickets and duis. Don’t hesitate to check them out! They are nice and won’t make you feel uncomfortable or make you into a bad person ! They just want to help . That’s the feeling I got !

Worst spot ever the manager doesn't know how to treat customers.How can you make some one break the law and drive an un insured car to get insurance.. when other times you have done it over the phone i have done it 3 time before makes no sense bad service bad manager.going some were else thanks for making it easy to change Jesus Ramos..

worst business ever. Called them to get an insurance quote for a commercial building. Had to call back 4 times and kept telling me to call back for 3 weeks , just to tell me they didnt accept new businesses. What a waste of time. LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN !!!!

The owner Jesus was super helpful. He made everything easy, and was very informative. Definitely recommend checking this place out for auto insurance.

Brought in a letter I got in the mail clearly stating to bring in my documents so my account could be fixed (had all my paperwork) and still couldn't get help. Instead I was told to come back in a hour when the manager gets back. Employees not properly trained to help customers, very bad customer service, the letter stated in bold words what I needed to bring and still couldn't get help. Horrible.
