They are pretty efficient here, but they do not like unusual requests.

So tired of having to deal with the dude with glasses that works here. Consistently Hella rude and unpleasant, seems to think that it's not apart of his job to answer folk's questions. Curious what he thinks his job description is🤔

This post office is large and efficient. They have everything you could need, and there are usually three staff members working so the line moves quickly. Bonus - there’s a good boba shop next door you can hit up so you can drink while you wait 😁

Absolutely terrible service from Tara. Repeating for official documentation, her name is Tara . She tries to cover her name tag with her long hair. She harasses customers, Especially if it is not a guy flirting with her. All other races she will treat with harassment. Rude behavior and refusing to do basics like sell stamps postmarks , shoves things back at you. There is no hello there's just 'nah ' AsShe tries to do her best to avoid responsibility and avoid her at work

In general, over 15 years I have had a good experience at this branch. It is conveniently nearby and there is parking.... plus there is a drive through drop box! Yes it could use a new layout, improved lighting and a paint job but that is minor. I have seen customer behavior in there that would ruin my day if I worked there. Thanks USPS.

Unprofessional clerks. Gentleman who works at the first counter is constantly lashing out at customers instead of serving them. He speaks in a loud voice and comes of as obnoxious. Visiting this branch is a negative and burdensome life event every time. This location was the only branch with available PO Boxes for rent in my neighborhood. I've decided to close my PO Box after two month.

I am so sick of standing in line at this place. The clerks don’t get in a hurry for anything. It is 9:17am & they went from 2 clerks down to 1 clerk with a line of 11 people waiting. They just opened!! It can’t be break time. But, there is 2 workers standing in back chatting. This is ridiculous. They need to get new staff in here. These guys don’t care.

I tried to use the auto service mailer instead of standing in line. I had 2 large envelopes heavier than normal. I kept getting only 2 options, Express Mail, next day delivery or Priority Mail, next 2 days delivery. I was flustered so I asked the folks behind the counter why i only had these 2 options when all i wanted was stamps. An Asian look lady and an Asian man, rude as hell, said to just follow the instructions. They did not have to respond in that way insinuating that I can't read or follow instructions. I decided I was going to stand in the long line because the machine was probably acting strange. Another Asian lady, very helpful, was assisting those standing in line directing and helping folks in line, told me that if a package exceeds a certain weight it will give the benefit of those 2 options. The folks behind the counter could have told me this and I would have proceeded to use the 2 day Priority Mail, instead of answering a rude and unprofessional remark. I was upset because it made me stand in the long line when it could have been avoided. The folks at the counter needs to change their abrupt and rude attitude. They need to get retrained or take a remedial course on how to provide good customer service and on how to improve work performance ( work too slow ). These folks don't deserve the pay they are getting.

The staffs there are great! While I was waiting in line, an elder man was asking one of the clerk a lot of questions, but the clerk was friendly and patient. Also, another clerk was walking around and ask if people were there for an easier task like drop off and pick up. When it was my turn, the Asian lady was really professional and kind too! Highly recommended going to this store front.
