Traveling back to the Valley when my headlight blew a fuse. It was 30 minutes before closing, but Dave F. insisted that he would help me and even stayed after hours to ensure that I got my headlights fixed. Dave went above and beyond with his customer service, and his hospitality made me feel at ease knowing that he wanted me to have a safe trip back home.

Went to return a core took 2 workers 1 was a manager. After driving out of my way they tell me they couldn't give me the refund because I didn't have my card w me. Nothing was ever said before, They simply didn't care to help and fix the situation. The 1st girl did but the manager was a jerk n basically told me oh well come back next time w your card. He was rude and had better things to take care if. I won't be coming back. After leaving he says oh you can take it to the other one. Thumbs down👎

Dave F. made sure that I had the singular most amazing experience I could’ve had, given that my rental car gave out miles outside of town and they towed me to this AutoZone. He was kind, patient, helpful, and just altogether a great guy when it came to helping me identify what was wrong and try to fix it. He’s definitely the right guy to have around in a time of crisis - if I lived in the area I would come back just because of him.

Got to the store shortly before closing. Although the employees, JHonel & Kimberly, were busy working, they both took time to greet and assist me. JHonel graciously shared his knowledge with me. After a long day, I appreciated their professionalism, kindness, and work ethic! I will definitely return! A rare find these days!

I bought a battery and mohel I believe was his name did a fantastic job in replacing it. He took the old battery out and cleaned everything up and explained to me in great detail what was wrong. Also he made sure the battery and the alternator were both working. As you can see by the picture 👍👍.

New manager is very friendly and helpful. Got me everything I need too go and even was able too answer all my other questions all with a smile. If I wasn't in a good mood before I came in I definitly was when i left.

The fellas at AutoZone did a great job helping me out with the items I needed. I also needed some advice, and they had it! They answered all questions and I still got outta there fairly quick. They're a bunch of friendly folks willing to help out with almost anything auto related.

Free battery testing and free installation on new ones. Also free installation on purchased wiper blades and almost all automotive bulbs. Free check engine diagnostics and they give you a print out. Great staff just be patient if they're busy. Lorenzo and John are very knowledgeable in cars and trouble shooting parts. Also love the hasle free exchange on duralast hand tools... If you break one. All in all the only auto parts store I will go to anymore.
