The store reps Ana and Jorge gave me outstanding service and I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Ana was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. My female A T and T customer service representative used skill and patient's and professionalism and economics to solve and resolve to my satisfaction all of my mobile and media and data needs. It's going to cost me more monthly, but the monthly costs are well worth what I will be paying. Why? These are problems -- I no longer have. Thanks.

Not even a star..more like NEGATIVE 10. The clerks never bothered to get off their own phone. I should have walked out and canceled my phone it was that bad. It's NOT MY PROBLEM THEY ARENT PAID ENOUGH.

The manager (won't provide name) was sooooo super helpful in helping me with my ATT account needs! I was trying to transfer my account for home internet and was told by customer service to come into an att store to fix the problem. I had already gone to a different att store and got no help so had given up and was about to cancel my service. but i am sooooo glad that i decided to walk into this location on a whim! The manager was really thorough and even got corporate on the phone to help figure out what the issue was. My account was all sorts of screwed up so we ended up spending a good amount of time trying to resolve the issues. I am so impressed by the service I received here, and will definitely be coming here again. I really want to give a kudos to the manager, because the service i received is unparalleled.
