By far the best customer service of any bank

The teller was quite helpful and friendly. . FRB's model is much more personal than any other bank I've used. Premises modern and clean.

Yes I agree with the other reviews, First Republic Bank is a failing institution. Offering what 0.2% APR! Banks only steal from their customers.

Such friendly and nice people. I use to bank at Wells Fargo but I thought they were always trying to 'upsell' me with products and services. This is straightforward, old school, banking. Plus, I love that they have cookies:-) Thank you for excellent customer services.

First Republic treats me as a valued customer. Every customer sits at a desk to receive personable, friendly service. Notaries on site, cookies, smiles and quality banking services all right downtown. Another big plus - no charge for ATM fees anywhere in the world!

Terrible branch! Careless and incompetent employees with arrogant manager in charge. If you want to experience the worst customer service in Bay Area, this is the place to go. "Privilege to serve you" is hardly a motto of this location. Stay away! Rather choose Mill Valley location.

Have been there couple of times. They provide the worst customer service there among all the locations in Bay Area. The personnel as well as their manager is way to arrogant and it feels like they do you a favor when helping you. I highly do not recommend this location to anyone. You would rather go to the location in Financial District of San Francisco. Well ... the matter is it's a small bank and the way they treat customers is far from being great in comparison with giants like Wells Fargo or Chase where you can really feel like true valuable customer. And in locations distant from the main office there is a real mess going on. Good luck!
