BAD service. This was my situation and hope it’s never yours. I went into this branch on Wednesday and took a check to deposit. I was told by tomorrow (Thursday)at least 250 was going to be available and the rest of the amount will be available by Friday. Today, I called because none of the funds are available not even the 250. I called again but this time I was told that the funds won’t be available until 7 days from today. It’s going to take two weeks for them to verify and release the funds. Amount of the check 3.100. Be very aware and ask questions when going inside this branch.

Terrible service. At least In the afternoons, the girls at the counter during the last hour always lag on customers and won’t provide full services because they want to go home. I drove 5 miles to my nearest bank got there at 4:30 and was waiting in the hot sun for 20 min before they let me come inside then wen I finally got to a teller they said they couldn’t complete my transaction because the vault was “closed”. Never heard of such idiocracy. Not to mention all they were exchanging was $180; as if they don’t have that money in the cash register🤷♂️👎

Too long to get help over the phone. Everybody is not that good 😂 with textor getting into web pages or other tixical matter or customer service. Holding on the phone for over40 minute is poor customer service. Hire more people.

Come on! There is a very very long line, and only one teller on the register? Can’t those other staffs running around at the back help? Let the other staff help just for awhile to remedy such long lines!

Poor customer service. The bank manager does nothing but hide behind his glass window all day. Waited 40 minutes in line cause they only had 1 teller working. Rather go to another branch...

The ABSOLUTE worst Bank of America in the world!!!! They've been on the news a few times where the manager was stealing, there was even an FBI investigation. Fast forward 2 years after that and I've had items missing from my safety deposit box!!! They say it's impossible but look at how shady and seedy the previous manager was. This place is still shady and seedy as ever. STAY AWAY.

This bofa is the nearest bank to me and they ALWAYS only have 2 TELLERS! The line gets really long and it takes about 30mins tops just to make a deposot into a customers account this bank i would say is no help as far as customer service is consern. I give it 1 start if that!
