BK has gotten so that high in prices, they really went up. There portions are smaller & they don't have good sales/deals/promotions like they used to not even online or with the app. Also every time I try to get an order delivered it never gives me the $1 delivery price as the advertisement states.

The last few times I've been here the drive through has been extremely slow and I am very sorry to say that no one working in there is wearing gloves yet they I can see the fries going into the brown bag touching the hands of the workers I hope they fix these issues

Not all BKs are created equal. The one in Milpitas is definitely the standard bearer. I detoured as BK has become my Fast Food of choice and for somebody who doesn't normally order red meat the Whopper has become my item of choice. Far better flavor profile and quaility compared to McDonald's or In and Out...food quality of Milpitas vastly superior, todays pleased to get Whopper at breakfast time however patties were dry and the buns stale. Hash brown bites were great and pancakes/sausage better than competition! BK lost me as a customer for years and sadly the futher South you travel the less consistency of product by the time you hit Long Beach so inconsistent bypass BK and head for Thai!

Horrible experience. Won't come back to this location. Accepts cards in the drive through but only cash inside. Took forever to get my food. Was not fresh.

Ordered my sandwich without pickles and asked if there was mayonnaise and was told no. I got my sandwich and it had both. And then they don't answer the phone 🤬

They put buffalo sauce on what was supposed to be a chicken parmesan sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. Number is out of service too, so I couldn't even call them to talk about my order. Update: they said in the store that their number is wrong, hopefully that means they're working to fix it. They apologized for the mistake and took care of getting me a new sandwich the next day with my receipt.
