It was a total pleasure working with Dawn Leandro the past months. She is the best Loan Officer in the world!! I started the process of refinancing in the beginning of April. We just closed the end of June. I was waiting for the perfect interest rate. Dawn was so patient with me over the 3 months we worked on the refinance. She emailed me daily what the new interest rate and points were for the day. I am totally pleased with my new loan and my low interest rate under 3%.
