The Miamisburg location has went downhill BIG time. Employees always standing around. Super dirty. Always out of stuff for coffee. No urgency in the employees to get morning rush hour out the door.

Hello! I've been coming to this location for many years and have never had an issue. My issue isn't with the store or the employees. My issue was last night when I went inside to get a drink from the fountain machine and ran into two drunk women making out! Hot and heavy right in front of the fountain machines! Needless to say I quickly turned around and just paid for my gas and left. This occurred on August 21, 2022 at 11:30-12 midnight time frame. Come on ppl save it for the hotel, your car, home whatever but not right inside our friendly speedway please!!!!

This store is easy to get in and out of, but the store is super small for all the traffic. With the counter in the middle they need both door exits to be enter and exits, always clean but slow service in the evening hours

I've been going to this location for years ever since 7-Eleven took over there's never any coffee creamer or stuff to make coffee unless you just want it black.. the icees machines are constantly broke and the store is never stocked.. employees are rude like it's a burden for them to cash you out or if you ask a question about something that's not out they get irritated.. on several occasions recently I've gone in and there's three to four people behind the register and you have to ask for help they look at each other like I'm intrrupting their conversation ..smh do better or don't work..

The "manager" just got an attitude because I asked her to double check the price and when she started over and scanned everything correctly, it was 4 dollars less than the total she announced. I apologize for not wanting to ve overcharged for products I buy every day?

Terribly rude customer service on most recent visit. Almost every time I go to get dip for my dad they give me the wrong kind and I never check it because its simple to read it yanno. Usually I take it back and they exchange it and apologize. Today the male (possibly manager?) Told me I was not going to be able to do it because of not having a receipt even though I never get receipts from there and they were unopened. So after my dads extremely expensive surgery and dealing with post op, he had to shell out like 10 more dollars on pouches because no one there can ever get it right. Unfortunate service, unlikely to ever come back when there's multiple speedways within two miles that are 100x better.

I've been coming to this speedway for years and years. Seems like new management cant figure it out! I've been getting ice coffee every morning since it came to this location. Over the last few months they are always out and I feel like I'm the pain when I ask about it. Several times when it's out the manager will tell me they dont have any and I ask another customer and they find it no problem. I think it may be one thing the manager, Joy, cant stand to do. It's annoying and messes up morning constantly. Please get better "My Speedway"!

The guys that work there are awesome always nice call me by name I know their names, great service, they know me and my fiancee want to come in for the slushys often and they make sure they're working best they can and I always appreciate it
