AMAZING STORE OMG !! i pre-ordered the first print signed edition on the Encanto art book and first of all they use premium bubble wrap so you get nice maximum poppage time when its time to pop those bad boys. Nicely packaged and the book was in EXCELLENT delicious condition. Also when i got curious on my book because this was my first time ordering from them and Stuart was such a sweet fun guy! You got yourself a loyal customer👀

I was looking for a book that I couldn’t find anywhere online and Stuart Ng Books didn't just have it… they had a signed copy! It was definitely worth the 2 hour commute. There’s no store quite like this. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable too. I’ll definitely be back :)

One of my favorite book stores in LA. If you love illustrations and concept art you will love this store they have all types of illustrative books,comics, collections of sketches, and art pieces. Its a small shop but it has everything you could want with really good pricing.

I ordered an art book online for my boyfriend's birthday. This book is sold out everywhere and only available from resellers for $300+ , but this store had it for the regular retail price! Their customer service was amazing. I accidentally ordered two books and emailed asking if there was anything I could do. They responded within two days to say they would return one no problem. Shipping was FAST and they even let me know a week later that the shipping had cost less so they refunded me. Also, the book arrived in perfect condition. Great communication, friendly service, great product. Will absolutely buy from here again!

This art bookstore also carries great children's books. Although primarily for artists, cartoonists, and animators, this bookstore also carries some unusual (and awesome) children's books. My space-loving kids have read a number of the "Professor Astro Cat" books, and we've bought a fair number of them. Would you like to tour the human body.... as a cat in a spacesuit? If so, then yes, this is your book. It's a series, and we've toured the human body, outer space, and the deep seas together. I recently found Dieter Braun's "Wild Animals of the South" and "Wild Animals of the North," which are majestic depictions of the wild animals we have in the world. If BOB books make you want to stab yourself in the eyes, then you should find some much more palatable selections here. I recently did ALL of my Christmas shopping here (including shipping to an international military base!)

This is such a cool, unique store full of hard to find art books. Any artist visiting LA, who loves art books, fantasy, comics or manga should visit this store. It's totally worth it. The folks that run the shop are very friendly and helpful. I was in there well over an hour pouring over every shelf. Stuart gets tons of stuff from France, as probably every review mentions. He also carries prints, original art, a few statues, etc. If I lived in the area I'd probably be in there multiple times per month.
