A Good Experience! I have used Enterprise several times over the years and they always treat me with courtesy and respect. Their cars are clean and run fine. They are a bit pricey, but all car rental companies are now.

I had to leave town Sunday but they allow to return the car only when they are open. The guy offered me to rent a car till Saturday noon or till Monday morning when they back to work. that is absolutely didn’t work for me. What is the problem to drop It on the site? Ridiculous

The man who helped us when me and my husband rented a car was nice enough to see if they had a Chrysler 300 which is what you really wanted. And I guess they got one in the night before so we were able to get the Chrysler 300 which was amazing.

I have been renting from Enterprise for over 10 years. Service has been exceptional, and if ever did not meet my expectations? It was because the wrong manager assistant was temporarily left in charge at my nearest location. I do recommend Enterprise, traveling for work have given me the opportunity to rent in diferente states and the service has constantly being friendly, valuable, and exceptional. Special thanks to the Tracy’s agency!! That location’s staff ROCKS!!

I normally was renting some where else, but this my second time renting on company am happy over all,, I only will note ,that the vehicle I got, they say has a full thank but it was less, also the details as cleaning when I got the vehicle was a bit dirty, but honestly at the end was worth every penny,, hopefully the guy on charge can be bit more aware of details,please that's all ,am so happy I rented the 8 passenger seat GMC yukon.

Management and Team Customer service is beyond sub zero rating "F". Area Manager and Corporate need to re-evaluate that office. We were charged gas when in fact we returned the car with the same amount of gas. The returned service clerk stated that as well that we were good with the gas. We were also charge of 1 hour of rental when we were promised that we will not get charge because they were closing early on Christmas Eve. I've observed paying customer treated with No dignity and respect. Check yelp Tracy CA enterprise rating. Terrible. They are authoritarian and militaristic. I've been a member since 2005 and this is the worst office.

Yesterday, I didn't get the large size vehicle I reserved, due to shortage of staff they couldn't get the vehicle ready, but offered me a medium vehicle and promised the larger vehicle ready by today afternoon. Front desk staff /manager with minimum assistance was very professional, kept his cool when multi tasking; handling the walk-in customers, repeatedly directing where to drop off vehicle, assisting with rental paperwork and assigning staff to assist with customer walk thru. Julius who did the walk thru with me was very courteous and responded to all our concerns and questions with a calm, patient and understanding approach. This morning when I called to check availability of the larger vehicle I reserved, Julius attended my call and assured me I will be contacted immediately when the vehicle is ready or will call me with a status. Great customer service! It would have been a 5* experience if I had the vehicle I reserved, but willing to wait for a day.
