If he wasn't 110% sure of the answer he asked. His ability to multi task without missing a beat was amazing. He helped multi customers at the same time. I like T-Mobile but his too good for the job. With his positive attitude, face-to- face, patience and caring spirit he can change the world. FYI: He may not be feel well on Saturday.. 6 am is really early for a meeting

I understand places get busy, but at least acknowledge a customer when they walk in the door and stand in line for a long time. The associate even made eye contact with me and didn’t say a word.
