I was a long time customer and used to do an excellent services, the manager is so rude very unprofessional and disrespectful. They workers left a scratch on my leather seat. The manager said the business hasn’t a business liability, no workers compensation any insurance. Where is the City of Ventura?. I saw a lot workers there. I called the Five Points Car Wash, the manager answered the phone “DON’T CALL US ANYMORE” and hang up. That’s terrible. Long time customer! The last few months quality has dropped while prices have increased. Horrible customer service. Inside doors and handles were not cleaned. Inside windshield was streaked. Plus car had dirty water odor@

Don’t take your car there. I used to be a client, but not anymore. They damaged my windshield wiper blade and the owner was very rude and sarcastic. I saw other people complaining about the waiting time and how the owner was not nice with the clients. Also, They did a poor job cleaning inside the car.

I expect that if someone is going to be sitting in my car, they wear a mask. Things have lifted, which is great, but still. My license plate was also somehow bent in half and the pace was extremely slow. Manager was rude.

Went for a car wash here and it was horrible. Interior looked like it was not touched at all . Carpet wasn’t well vacuumed, exterior was worse windows were very bad . I had to stop at a gas station to cleaned them . I asked for fragrance no fragrance at all. My car looked like it rained and sun dried the water drops . Later that day i found a car washer at a parking center and did an excellent work, never coming here again .i cant even post pictures of How they left my car .
