Fantastic service. I had purchased some bad lettuce and asked for a refund and the manager proactively called me and invited me to come in and quickly gave me a gift carded refunded available for any ralph's. I have never received better service from a grocery store in my life. I feel connected to my community, cared for and validated. Service was communicative and efficient. Beyond my wildest expectations for the usual ignoring, HR, declining service issues. Thank you Ana, the manager, and the grocers who assisted me. Can't wait to get more lettuce! Forever!

They are definitely not open till 2 AM… Online it says they are currently open and it is 1:28 AM… The doors are locked.

I was appalled by the complete lack of customer service given to me by Lorelie. She was so rude with her facial expression, body language and the way she spoke to me. I am a long time customer 20+ years. She didn't ask how I was doing, if I found everything o.k. just glared at me. I guess this is appropriate behavior for a Ralph's employee as she is a Manager.

As a long time shopper here I've never had issues with anything in the store. I usually go to the Deli to pick up some cold cuts but when I got home today I noticed how little effort was taken this time. Either it's a new cutter or I don't know but just looking at how the cheese was stacked caused it to break apart. On top of that they didn't even place the stickers correctly as they were put front back side to front to not allow it to be opened and when it was opened it ripped the plastic.

Excellent Coffee House! My husband and I were given the opportunity to think about our future needs. It gives the impression that they weren't in a city, a garden, or any other tranquil setting. Thank you to everyone who smiled and greeted us. What a lovely person you are.
