The management of that store needs to educate themselves about California state law they do not provide handicap shopping carts in their store and California state law requires that you do provide handicap shopping cards for their customers and not doing so they are opening themselves for a lawsuit when I requested one I was told by store staff that that store has not had handicap carts for a very long time and are unaware of what the manager is doing to rectify the problem advised me to call Management in the morning and issue a complaint and make them aware of the California Disabilities Act law

Great employees, good service, great selection, well kept, location is not great - mostly because of people near or around it, nothing against the store though they have security and are very watchful including a police officer there once in a while. Just be aware of your surroundings, but you'll be fine inside and outside. I recommend the surrounding community figure this out before it's too late.

This vons discriminates against homeless individuals. Locking your bathrooms and forcing your guests to search for an attendant is incredibly inhuman. I asked 3 different employees for help with the bathrooms and nobody came back to unlock them or provided me with a code to unlock them myself. You are forcing confrontation between customers and employees for simple human needs like going to the bathroom. Please do better.

No one greets you or acknowledges you. Poor customer service. Regardless of the area you are in , you still provide customer service. Manager never acknowledge either. Flows from top down, so that explains it.

This Vons is scary sometimes . There are excessive homeless people in and around the store. My girlfriend won’t even go to this store . She is afraid of getting hassled for money and or bothered by the homeless . It’s like it is a homeless encampment right in the parking lot !

Yes, it’s more expensive than Winco and but on certain days the “Manager’s Specials” (30% off) are abundant in the meat department.

Absolutely horrible, long wait at checkout, Homeless everywhere no one cares!! Toilets always locked nobody wants to open them unless you go back and forth. today the sandwich chiller was at 60 Fahrenheit no one cares. don't go there unless you want poisoned food. Being threatened by homeless people or you want to be treated by unfriendly employees!!

Parking lot is a bit crowded and messy, but the store itself has excellent selection and usually doesn't have too much traffic. Easy to swing by here from the freeway and quickly grab what you need.

Really need to change there bathroom policy it's ridiculous when you need to go and have to wait for someone to unlock the door for you. I was a loyal customer picking up my food. Never coming here again. Had to leave to go to the bathroom and pick up some food.

Poor selection of products, long wait times due to limited check out staff at key times, lots of loitering by homeless folks, deli wait times are too long due to only one person cutting meats. My kids call it "scary Von's." I make the drive to the E Thompson location. Will only use it if I need something simple and am in a hurry. Truly, the worst store I have ever visited. Managers do not seem to care much.
