Used to be that the egg completely covered the bagel itself. Also used to have parsley sprinkled over the top. Now that I’m really looking at the picture I took, I realize also that they jipped out on the bacon too, there was more, it used to hang off the sides. The only thing that’s the same size is the actual bagel.

This Bagel Me is consistently out of bagels, especially after about 10am. So today I called my order in and when I got it home it was wrong. I took the incorrect order back to have it replaced. I asked about being compensated for the inconvenience and was told no. I was also told that just getting my bagel replaced was compensation enough. The manager was also rude about the whole issue. Very frustrating!

Had a complaint about a pickup today and called to complain. Stephanie was the manager I spoke with. What a rude young lady. I complained about the quality of my orders and she said you are being rude. I said I was unhappy about what I received and she said I can't help you. WOW! What happened to Judith and Maida? They were so friendly and helpful and more importantly, they were customer service oriented. This girl should not be representing ANY sort of managerial position. She is rude and lost a house full of customers for life. These owners seem to not care about customer service. I am shocked at how down hill the place has gone. Over 15 years of being a customer done because Stephanie does not know how to handle a complaint.

Awful, sincerely awful. I can't count how many times I've come here and they are out of stock on most items. Why offer tons of selections when you consistently run out. I could understand a few items from time-to-time, but generally speaking, they run out of 70-80% of stock by mid-morning on most items. Service is also questionable. They often close early without notice, even though their online hours and door hours suggest they should be open. Do not waste you time.

Smoothies are pretty good, just don't carry hardly any vegan options! Only thing is a plain toasted begal and a smoothie no yogurt!

We have a Bagel Me in Laguna Hills, however I was in Anaheim waiting to operate and needed breakfast and saw that they had a location near the hospital. The bagels taste exactly the same as the other location. Overall not bad, I'm not sure why this location has such a lower rating than others.

First time to a Bagel Me. If you're going to have a tip jar on the counter and a tip line on your charge slips, you may want to consider offering some service. I just spent almost $20 on a dozen bagels. I was greeted at the counter by a older Mexican lady who I asked for a mixed dozen and she quickly answered "it's self service, here's a box, bagels are near the door". I could understand if they were busy, but here I am in my work clothes fighting with floppy plastic doors attempting to grab bagels and some of the bagels are at foot level which I had to almost get on my knees to get to them. I was planning on giving a $5 tip because it sucks to have to work a Saturday morning, but instead I gave them ZERO. I'm considering never coming back.
